Shipping Costs & Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Customer location
• Package size and weight

Orders over $75 ship free.
Orders $75 and below ship via UPS Ground, with rates calculated based on destination and package details.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of the order date.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier performance. Orders ship from California, so destinations closer to our warehouse typically receive shipments faster.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or service disruptions.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If a PO Box or APO/FPO address is entered at checkout, your order will be shipped via:

• UPS SurePost, or
• USPS (handled internally)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Freight Forwarders

We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Ernie Ball reserves the right to cancel and refund any order addressed to a freight forwarder. If an order is shipped to a freight forwarder, Ernie Ball assumes no responsibility for the order once it reaches that address.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and changes may not be possible once an order is placed.

If you need to make a change:

• You must cancel the original order and place a new one
• Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible

We will make our best effort to cancel an order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
